"I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are all GENUINELY kind. They don't put on a show and act like they do just to make money. They do a phenomenal job at keeping it clean. And they allow your fur babies to stay with you(with a pet fee). If you or your family are coming to this area and want a family and pet friendly(wallet friendly too!) I recommend this spot!!"

"I try to find the good in every situation. The desk clerk was excellent! Very helpful in finding us the best possible room. That being said . . . Wow! I have never been in a hotel like this. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in many areas - large pieces! The bathroom tub looked unusable. In fact, we didn't use it. The shower curtain looked dirty and was falling apart. The firsgt room we were assigned was a king sized bed at the furthest corner of the hotel. It looked like a room from a dystopian movie. The desk manager was able to get us into a room with two double beds - it worked for one night because the room appeared to be in much better condition, although their was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. We don't usually stay at a Quality Inn, and now I probably never will. I hope their other properties are much, much better than this one."

"We were four couples attending a wedding weekend at Seven Springs, and this property, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, was just perfect! The entire place was spotless and communication with the owner was extremely responsive. Unfortunately, the rainy and cold weather kept us from using some of the amenities like the community pool and the hot tub, but that did not diminish our enjoyment. I would highly recommend this place for a summer getaway."
