"Immaculately clean room, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, great location. I visited to go to the Ozark Music Hall down the street and it’s a short walk. I loved that I could ask for a microwave because I had a late dinner, it’s an amenity they offer if you want one brought to your room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They have a 24hr market where you can buy snacks and drinks. If I ever go to a show in town again, I’m definitely staying here. One of the nicest and most pleasant stays I’ve had in a while because of the property quality and the staff. They offer breakfast too but I forgot to take advantage of that!"

"Would have given 5*, but the inability to pay the hotel for valet parking is ridiculous. One has to give credit card information to a third party valet service, which I don’t like at all. Puzzling since Canopy hotels, also by Hilton allowed us to pay the hotel when faced with a similar situation."
