"Yes we enjoyed the pool. Although the only thing I have negative to say is, I called them the day before I travel there and they told me I could pay with cash and then I get there and they said that I could not pay with cash and so I had to go to the bank then I come back to pay the remaining balance which somehow went up from the original price and then when I get back there, they say there’s also $100 deposit so I had to turn around and go back to the bank again. Very upset about not being told this. "

"We stay every year at dockside. They have always honored room requests. Staff is friendly. Easy access to the parks via buses. We love their pools. Clean and equipped with toys for the kiddos"

"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."

"Staff was so helpful over the phone and in person. Room and property were very clean. Furniture (beds) were super comfy and so was the bedding!! Kids said breakfast was not so good...so maybe that is not worth the additional cost but the room was definitely worth it! Pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Pool is heated and both were super clean."
