"Stayed here a few times. Staff makes this property. They are so helpful from front desk to courtesy van. Location is also very convenient for the airport. Only thing I would give them as a negative is the breakfast area. Very cramped and small given size of hotel. Combine that with “Disney People” who always seem to be wandering around in a daze and this makes for a potentially frustrating situation. I was cut off in line no less than 3 times and a lady stared into my wife’s oatmeal even though she knew it wasn’t hers."

"After a very bad experience in July 2026 at another hotel that had good reviews and ended up less than my expectations I took even more time reviewing every Hotel and the EVEN HOTEL met nearly all my expectations. I'm extremely particular/ OCD about cleanliness and this hotel was immaculate, everything new, comfy bed, very quiet peaceful, Pleasant staff. I spent three nights and breakfast was included although the times did not match up to what was online I miss breakfast the first morning. The second morning I did get breakfast and there was only one person working running the cash register as well as cooking. God bless his soul. The breakfast voucher included an entree which was an omelette sausage and potatoes. The sausage was good, potatoes undercooked and omelette mediocre. I ordered a one waffle which was supposed to be $11 and I thank God I didn't have to pay for it because it was the size of a donut. Otherwise everything else was great service. The airport shuttle arrived about 10.minutes after my request and the airport is just 10 minutes from hotel. It does not run 24 hours so I did have to call an Uber to return to airport when leaving at 4 to 5am. I definitetly would stay here again."
