I didn’t like that you cannot buy outright tickets to H2O water park in your resort without having to do a 2hour presentation. As much as I paid for the resort I couldn’t get in the water park that’s sucks my kids were disappointed.

Every staff member we came into contact with was so eager to help, anytime I requested anything there wasn’t a fuss about it. We had the smoke detector batteries needed changing and they came right by to change them within 10mins. No one bothered us. Community is quiet and definitely plan to bring our family back for another vacay! Thank you everyone!

We had a lot of ants in one of the bathrooms. So, we called the front desk and they said that they would send someone over but no one ever came. So, we all shared the ant-free bathroom. Plus, we didn’t get a welcome drink and a rude ass bartender. The resort is nice, but the people not so much this time. It sucks because we usually love this place.
