Awful accomodation house was filthy cheek to charge cleaning fee as the house we were given was soo dirty mould and algae all around back and we had a child with us. Broken tiles and furniture very little cookware we needed to go and buy some staff were also very rude at times I’ve been to Orlando many times and would never stay at this property again.

The only real value of this property is its spacious. 3 bedroom townhouse is great space but the facility itself is very mediocre. Even the townhouse is very dated. The ironing board was broken. Bedside outlets didn't work if more than a single device was plugged in at a time. Basic toiletries aren't provided beyond a single day supply. Things like towel hooks were literally falling off the wall/door. Certainly needs maintenance but for the price you can't find a more spacious accommodation only 15 minutes from Disney.

I would not recommend this property. No communication with events that happen to our unit while we were staying there. Cable and internet service is terrible and went out for days. Our dishwasher was broken, paint was falling in the bathroom. Unit had a horrible smell to it. It was the worse stay we have ever had booking with Expedia. Very disappointed with the VIP service… because there was none. When I asked for the VIP service, I was given the $15 credit and was told no upgrades were available. The property was mostly empty. Just bad customer service all around.

We had such a wonderful experience with this resort. We got the 4 bedroom with hot tub on the deck. We got checked in and the front desk staff was amazing. They had us laughing and gave lots of great information. We got into our room and everything was nice and clean. The hot tub didnt work correctly but i still gave a 5 star because they came and fixed it right away. They were so kind and were very sorry. (But seriously we all know hot tubs are touchy) they did amazing on takikg care of the situation. And we LOVED having that. Our townhome was close to the pool so we could walk. My sisters room was further and they liked driving to the pool. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer so we could keep up with clothes and wash towels on our own. The kitchen is always a great thing for a bigger family so we can not spend so much dining out. As a mom who cooks large meals i wished there was more pans and cooking utensils but that is just the cook in me. They did have everything needed to cook. We love olde town!!! And it is walking distance from our townhome. We went every night since they have so much down there. Rides, great food!!!! And ICE CREAM. lol. It is pretty cool they have wild deer that roam the resort. The kids thought it was pretty awesome too. They are calm and are not scsrdd of humans but do keep a good distance from you. They were cool and not a problem. I will add again. The two front ladies we had checking us in were truly amazing. Trily made our day.

I am really upset. When I checked in with my cats they told me pets welcome only dogs. I called 6 months before my trip to let them know I am traveling with my cats and they said no problem welcome. Then I decided to check police on web side after I check out, really cats and dogs welcome.

The Good: - Overall a nice property. Very roomy, had a well-equipped kitchen, easily accommodated 6 of us. - Great proximity to stores, Old Town, restaurants, and Disney parks. - Maintenance and customer service were quick and efficient. - Common areas were good. Pools were nice. Pub was generally good (while some of the games were missing pieces), gym wasn't spectacular (but equipped well enough to do basic workouts). - Property felt safe and secure and it is well-staffed. Outdoor areas of the property were well maintained. - Nice perks, such as the hot tub, garbage disposal, large showers, on-suite bathroom for the master suite, in-suite laundry, dishwasher. The Bad: - Our condo had ghost ant issues. From the night we arrived they were all over the kitchen countertops and were a constant issue around any food. Having anything that wasn't sealed OR not completely rinsing off wrappers when done meant ants all over. While being very conscious of them and using the garbage dispenser for any food waste, they were still a nuissance. - Bedding was not well cleaned. There were 4 beds in our unit, 2 had very noticeable dirt-looking stains on the undersides of the comforters, one had what looked like a nickel-sized blood stain on it. Overall, my group would say that the good outweighed the bad, but we were all a little put off by the bad. We would stay here again. Despite the bad, we felt it was great value for our money!

This property does not share correct pictures. I booked a home for 9 days @5766 LeSabre. This place was filthy! The furniture was worn & torn. The rugs were supposed to be beige and were gray. The ants in the bathroom. The beds are NOT comfy at all, you feel the springs. Because I was with children I had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies and clean the entire place myself. I am truly disappointed 😞. I give this place 1 star. Manager was a very young lady. She was easy to communicate with but she didn't HELP. I Wasn't offered a credit another home etc. If ur looking to clean on ur vacation then this is the place for you. This isn't signature at all.

I didn't get to experience the restaurant located on site. The snack near the slides was good. I wish there was more entertainment, additional restaurants for dining, and arcade with prizes, and additional water activities for younger kids.

I was very nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but overall we enjoyed our stay here. We just stayed in a 4bedroom, 3 ba condo for 6 nights. It was huge and we all had plenty of room. The condo looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The carpet was old and worn, the hot tub was pretty dirty and just overall it was not clean. If it was updated and maintained better I would have given 5 stars. The location is great, there were 8-10 deer in the resort every day we were there, pool area was nice but again could use some updating. Overall for the price, if you are on a budget, it’s a good option
