I really loved the location and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I did not like that when I called the front desk for a late check out because I was not feeling well they said it's have to pay $30.. kinda insensitive. But it was a great hotel for the price so I would still recommend

It is very nice and extremely clean hotel. Only a 10 min drive to all the Universal Parks. Very large pool and pool deck area. All rooms have a small fridge and microwave. I will be staying there again.

Minor honorable mentions - But overall A+

Overall, everything was great. The only complaints that I had was that there was some marijuana smell coming through the vents and there was a lot of ants in the bathroom sink other than that great great location great room great communication. I will definitely book again.

My daughter and I had to leave an awful hotel nearby and Point by Edge stepped up to save the trip. They allowed us to check in early and upgraded us after hearing what we went through. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great hotel. When we come back to Orlando, we now know where to stay!

Great Place to Stay

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway! Easy check in, nice room, very clean, nice pool area and the location was perfect! It was close to a lot of entertainment and things to do. Overall I think I will be using this hotel a lot more often!
