The resort is nice but nothing really special. The staff are okay but not too enthusiastic. Our room was nice. I thought it was a bit much to pay for our condo and then pay extra for the water park on property. It was a huge resort and crowded. The traffic around the whole area is busy! I can say I’m glad we did go as it was for my daughter’s 14th birthday but for us we probably won’t rush back.

People at pool after hours making a lot of noise, waking my grand children. We got accosted by teenagers in the pool, swearing and getting too close playing rough. The pool was mostly empty yet the intentionally got close to us. When asked them to move they cursed us and the parents didn’t do anything. The father of one of the children threatened me. We called police and security and they kicked us of the property! I will never return there and will be calling upper management for a recourse.

The hotel is safe and the staff's attention was good. I had to change rooms 2 times due to poor air conditioning (it did not cool), other problems such as non-functional remote control, telephone, curtains, and the presence of a cockroach in the first room.

accommodations were great for our family. Convenience of the pool right outside of our villa. Variety of activities perfect for all ages. Kids had a great time. Only thing we did have to complain about was the length of the tour. Claimed it would be 60 minutes. They tried very hard to get us to purchase a time share and kept sending different people to get us to purchase no matter how Many times we said we couldn’t at the time. Overall had a great experience. Look forward to future stays and possibly purchasing in the future.

I loved this place but I was in the middle blow drying my hair for dinner and the blow dryer blew called for a new one and it took 6 hours so I never went to dinner
