"We had a great time. Resort was nice. Lots of amenities, including snacks in room, Coffee provided, stocked kitchenette, theme park and shopping transportation and Disney themed space. We appreciated being just minutes away from restaurants and things to do. Transportation is limited to specific drop and pickup times so ride share or car may be beneficial for more travel flexibility. We needed a relaxing getaway with a little fun and this was a good place to stay. "

"We stayed 1 night and it was a super stay. Only small/minor things prevent a 5* review. Check in was ok but not fees explained completely so had to check later. The lady that helped me was very friendly though - more so than the first person. Bath tap had a continuous drip and not clear how to use the coffee machine for tea. Had an enjoyable 1 night stay - watched the Epcot fireworks from our room."

"I booked this hotel last minute because my family had to leave me because I was sick and I did not feel like a long drive home. I moved from where I was at because I thought this hotel would be cheaper, but I didn’t read the fine print and with the resort fees it was cheaper where I was staying before. I wasn’t happy about the fees, but the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bell staff helped me so much. I had to go to another hotel across the street and they allowed me to leave my luggage with them while I picked up a rental car. I didn’t like it that they you have to meet delivery drivers in the lobby. I was very sick and didn’t feel like leaving my room. It did work out though I got the drivers to come to me even though I don’t think they were happy about it. The staff was helpful to tell them how to find me. If you are looking for hotel close to Disney Springs this is the closest that I could see. I couldn’t go because I was sick, but that is a definite plus to be that close."

"Our stay at the Four Seasons Orlando has always been exceptional!! The staff is amazing and friendly, and the hotel has the best amenities if you just want to stay around the hotel and not visit one of the Disney parks. I’m looking forward to our next visit already!!!"
