"The room was very spacious, the property is huge with lots to do. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that would be my only complaint. "

The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "

"Property in bad condition, AC unit makes a loud noise, rooms are not clean, worst housekeeping service, saw black flies inside the room. We switched our room after 3 days because the AC unit was making a loud noise and they did not send anyone to fix it. So we had to change the room after 3 days. Second room was ok. The only thing we like about was the breakfast and kitchen staff. I would not recommend to anyone and not going back to this hotel ever again."

"The floor was dirty in our room and questionable grass or hay? On the mattresses. Mold in curtains. The water sprayed out black and the shower smelled like over rotten eggs. The hot tub and kiddies pool were black with floating things. Definitely not what is pictured online. "

"The advertised “in-room dining” is a misrepresentation. AFTER ordering the food, I found out that I must go to the lobby to pick it up; it is NOT delivered to the room. On one of my days there, I requested that housekeeping service my room before 3pm. Staff at front desk noted the request and promised that. When I returned to my room at 3pm it was still not done "

"Despite the listing saying "waterpark access" we didn't realise we needed to pay $25 per person per day for access. Also, they don't clean the rooms during your stay - I've never experienced that at a hotel/resort before. You travel via shuttles around the resort because things are spread so far apart however sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to get a shuttle. The staff often didn't seem interested at all in helping us unless it was related to some activity or service with extra cost"
