We enjoyed our couples retreat. Everything was clean, appliances worked well, no problems. Had a little trouble getting the TV apps to respond to the remotes but otherwise everything was fine.

Comfortable and cozy condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds and seating was comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the pool and exercise room. There was some construction noise in the building, however we were gone most of the day so it wasn't an issue. We hope to return some day. Thanks!

Convenient access to Disney World

I was very happy to stay near Disney and have abundance of choices for great restaurants nearby. No hassle with checking in. Convenient parking for visiting with a rental car. Very peaceful nights sleep.

Location and Safety Above All

The location of this property, which is gated provided a feeling of safety and close to all the major parks and attractions the restaurants close by. We’re also wide variety to choose from. We enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and accommodating. It’s also a very quiet place to stay after busy day, there were no issues and getting a great sleep.

Great place for 3-4

The property was nice and clean and 30 minutes from Disney and Universal! It was confusing on how it could sleep 4 when we first walked in but quickly saw the sofa was a sleeper. The directions were written and received well. The gate process at first can be a little intimidating. We would definitely stay here for our next girls trip to Disney and Universal. Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay!!

I think this place was kinda perfect actually, the only hiccup is that there really wasn’t any clear instructions to getting the key. It’s really peaceful and my partner and I really enjoyed this place.

Nice Condo

The Condo was set up just like the pictures on the Vrbo site. It was just right for 2 people. It was clean and all the amenities were there just as stated on the Vrbo site. The Condo was close to the Disney Parks and Disney Springs as well as shopping and restaurants all by car. Our stay was very nice and relaxing. We visit Florida every year, but this was our first time actually staying in Kissimmee. We will be back.

Kissimmee getaway.

The property is in a good location. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Water pressure In The shower was great. Our biggest disappointment, was the mattresses . Both on the bed and the sofa bed. The mattress in the main bedroom was stiff as a board. With an upgraded mattress I would give a rating of 5 stars.

Great place to stay for Country Thunder

Location was perfect for Country Thunder Festival. Called to ask for early check in and they were very accommodating and nice on the phone. The reason I gave a 4’for check in is the box that holds the key is high and difficult to get open. One other suggestion is the bathroom mirror is installed way too high. Those are minor issues in my opinion. The place was clean and we would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet

My son and I stayed for a few days while we went to the parks. It was very clean, has a comfortable bed, a small but modern kitchen and laundry with everything we needed. There are two large tvs with Rokus. The ac worked great and there is a peaceful view of the tennis court. We hardly heard our neighbors at all - the place is very quiet. It took us about 25 min including traffic to get to universal and Sea World. Disney is closer but since Disney is so huge it still is about 20-24 min to get to the Magic Kingdom lot. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, and there is a Walmart and many restaurants very close by. The traffic outside the condo complex can be pretty backed up but it doesn’t take long to get through it.

Nice Little Spot for Two Near Everything

We wanted a clean and safe space that wasn't too far of a drive from Disney and Universal, and this place was pretty perfect for our needs. About 30 minutes from both, it was super conveniently located. The building has some pretty standard wear and tear, it’s not brand new, but the unit itself is updated and very clean. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock on the door, and that ended up being our only issue during our stay. I also appreciated that the instructions did not require me to do a ton of cleaning myself before checking out. I will say, if the gated community part is important to you, consider discussing with the host beforehand. The gate was up the entire time we were there, and we never actually even had to check in. This is not on the host, as I never felt the need to reach out and let them know, it didn’t really matter to us. But if that’s a key factor for you, there might be an issue with the gate that needs addressed. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
