Location and amenities! Liked everything!!!

During my stay at westgate resort it was truly a terrible experience. The first day coming to the hotel was a trouble to get a ride in the go cart to our building #100. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and only received a ride from the go cart staff two times all the other times I had to walk to the lobby back and fourth. The staff was horrible, rude and lazy. The room was not well cleaned and hair was on the bed sheets. The connected door was unlocked and I could hear the people in the other room making so much noise. The pool was dirty with food and hair in the water. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to one one even if you was getting it for free. Lastly, the hotel claims to be a non smoking place but everywhere i went was stink of cigarette smoke or Marijuana smoke. The place is truly a scam.
