"We were welcomed at Reception. The room was spacious. Sadly upon leaving I wanted to report the shower- lever broken ⛓️💥 but Reception didn't open as early on a Sunday. My apologies 😟 for not being able to advise you appropriately.

"We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. "

"This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we got inside our room it appeared fine a bit outdated but fine. We turned off the lights to put the kids to sleep and once they fell asleep we turned on one of the lights. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom, the tub, the fridge, the table, all around the beds. We were disgusted. I was so scared that they would be crawling over us during the night but it was so late at night to leave. Never again!!"

"The room was nice, but the white towels had stains, no one came to change it out during our stay, they didn’t have wash clothes it was hand towels. Also the other people that stayed there kept the common area messy! My vehicle got towed for parking on the street, and yet the next morning I got up early and saw two other vehicles parked out on the street and neither of them got towed. And there was one vehicle parked in the driveway perpendicular blocking the driveway which is why I couldn’t park...

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another.
The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. "
