"It was nice property "

"Property was fantastic. However there are several things that need to be added to make it more accommodating for guests. There was not extra toilet paper, we had to reach out to find some. There was no laundry detergent, had to buy it. There were zero hand towels for batheooms and there were only two kitchen hand towels. Everything was very nice they just need to stock things a little bit better. "

"3 stars is us being gracious. Our check-in was delayed due to a security threat (a vehicle drive through the gates). The next day there was a drive by shooting and our property was in the middle of a crime scene. I gave ample time for the property manager and security to respond to my safety concerns which were left unaddressed. The cleanliness of the property needs work. The carpet is splitting from the thresholds and caused my toddler to step on a tack strip. The outdoor poor chairs were ripped. Outdoor furniture not maintained causing safety concerns with the failing wood. If you’re bringing an infant you will not want them on the main level rug due to its filth. The water from the faucets, shower had a “sulfur/egg” odor the entire stay. The pool was cold, $60 per day to heat with a 2 day minimum. I would not recommend this property until repairs are made, safety precautions are implemented, and cleanliness is maintained. Very disappointing. "

" We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo, and it couldn’t have been nicer. We have stayed at Reunion in the past, but not since Wyndham has taken it over, and I have to say I am very pleased with the staff and the surroundings!! Great time there, and I will always rent at Reunion when staying in Orlando."

"His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. The floors were sticky and dirty. The pool was dirty and the fire detector kept going off until Maintenance came to replace the battery.. next morning. A cleaning lady came into the property stating she thought we were checking out. The house itself was very nice in size. Location was great and it is an affordable rental, but needs better management. "
