"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Advertised pics didn't show the true bad environment of the hotel. Stairwells were in bad shape. Hallways were not clean and sliding glass door did not close all the way (it was off track). Balcony was dirty. Ice machine machines did not work (the one on the ground floor and 2nd floor in the middle). And the worse thing was the number of gnats that flew all around the room for the 3 days we stayed there. Outside grounds were in very bad shape. Bathroom was renovated but bedroom was definetely NOT!!! There were cracks in ceiling etc. Overall stay was terrible. Did NOT feel safe at all!!! "

"Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better. "

"Everything went very well right from the start. Staff was excellent, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good, Pool & hot tub was very nive & clean. Will definitlely recommend this hotel"

"The townhouse was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Our kids loved the pool and used it daily. The kitchen had a good variety of items. We enjoyed the extra toys in the hall closet and the high chair/umbrella stroller. The house and furniture were more “worn” than in the photos. The living room space was not very comfortable. There were several torn screens in the outdoor space so the pool was filled with leaves upon arrival (our kids did not mind scooping them all out). A few more towels would be nice. If we had a bigger group there would not have been enough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was a generally easy drive to and from the Disney parks. "

"A house like this that caters to family is inevitably going to expect to see some wear and tear. The management team was exceptionally responsive when needs arose. I do wish they had more chairs at the counter. Several of those were missing. The beds are not the most comfortable and very loud, but did not detract from a great trip.TIP: Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a limited amount. There also are about 1 bath town per bed allocated along with beach towels. Be prepared to do laundry to have enough there. "

"We had the most wonderful two week stay! The house was incredible for our large, multi generational family. The young children loved the pool and playroom and spent hours enjoying those spaces. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. Hope we can stay again soon!"

"Very easy to get to and park, very accessible to shops. Room was dusty smelling ( shut up smell) but beds were clean."
