"Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend. "

Rooms are comfy and nice; updated, the pool; two hot tubs; and slide is so perfect for parents or just adults it’s so relaxing and lots of fun and other kids for them to play with! Staff was very nice; drinks were not even expensive compared to most hotels. We really loved our stay and would book again! "

"really loved the affordability of this hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have the Bonvoy App to ease the check in and out process. Very close to the Disney parks, we did have to take an Uber every time since their shuttle has inconvenient departure times. I recommend this hotel. Deposit is 150 per stay. "
