Rooms are dated and in need of remodel. Carpet very worn and not very clean. Bed linens did not fit and were constantly coming off. Other than that no real issues. Very good location to get around Disney easy. Typical resort and parking fees make the “advertised price” not as good as you think. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Pool area very disappointing. The normal pool bar was under construction. Which is fine but the makeshift bar had limited items. No one waiting on the guests around the pool. No food options were available. No one instructing guest to order at the indoor restaurant. No music playing in the pool area. So not what I was expecting at a resort pool area. Party atmosphere to be had. It has the potential even with the construction. No effort to make up for it. None. You can do much better than that.

Great service, very friendly staff and very accommodating. Well suited if you are going to Disney, unfortunately you are not able to walk there but we manage with Bus Shuttle and Uber service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Disney.

For being so expensive and a 4 star hotel I was expecting more for my money. The tv in the “kids bunk area” was not working and never came back to fix it. There was mildew/mold build up in the shower on the shampoo bottles against the wall and skin. I just could have stayed at the holiday inn and felt the space could have been much cleaner

We were on property during hurricane Milton and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure guests were safe and accommodated. Even with the storm, this was still a pleasurable experience and our best vacation to date. We will definitely return for our next Disney excursion. Thanks again to the staff!
