Great location and house is as advertised. Easy communication with property owners. Only trick is trying to access the gate closest to house and rule of thump is just push the button and they will ring you in. Our group of 9 was completely comfortable and had more than enough room. We would definitely return to this property.

It is a perfect house for 8 adults and 10 kids!!! Everything was perfect. House was exactly as pictures. Loved the water behind the lake!! Someone mentioned a negative about not having enough hot water but with all those people we never ran out of hot water. Pool temperature was perfect for day and night swimming. Would definitely go back to that house again!

Ample room for all of our team members. We had team members arriving and departing at separate times, but regardless of the flow, there was always enough space for everyone to spread out, come together, and get ready. All of the ladies utilized the Jack & Jill bathrooms, which worked perfectly. Would love to come back here with the kids.

Everything was good, house was clean, and when we had issues they came right out and fixed them. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because we had an issue with the heat of the pool and them not locking the door back up, they took a few days longer to turn it on for us then they claimed to at first, and left our door open the day that they did, which we can all make mistakes on, they were quick to make that part of the stay right. Other than that, very well maintained, attentive, and good experience. I would stay here again!

This house was great for my family trip to Disney. The kids absolutely loved the game room and the pool was amazing. No complaints at all. The only thing I would say when renting this house is to understand the layout of the bathrooms and that some are Jack and Jill set up. I didn’t get that information from the description so I thought each room had a dedicated bathroom. It wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind. Would definitely rent this house again rather than staying on resort!!

We had a mini family reunion. The house was perfect for us. We all had a wonderful time and hope to make it an annual event. The game room was a big hit! The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was great!

This house was amazing and met all of our needs. We had four different families and everyone had their own space. The kids LOVED the themed rooms and the game room! The kitchen was spacious and had most of the basic kitchen supplies to cook at home. We loved the movie room - plenty of room to relax and have a family night. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Beautiful lanai space to relax. Some wear and tear on the furniture, stairs, and walls in spots, but it was nothing that kept us from enjoying the beauty of the home. The hosts were excellent and communicated promptly on all questions. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great place for a group of co-workers in town for a tradeshow. The traffic was way worse than I would’ve expected going to the Orlando Convention Center, but that’s not your fault. Game room was hilarious. Only complaint was the non-existent water pressure in the downstairs en-suite. It was just a mist of water! Crazy bad.

Nice stay in orlando

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as it was described and had everything we needed for our big family get together. We loved the access to the clubhouse. Easy check in, great location and excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend!

The property wasn’t exactly how it was portrayed in the picture, but similiar. The house in the pictures had a driveway, backyard was facing west with a nice sunset, houses had separation, the living room furniture was suitable for a seating of 10. The actual property had common parking, the house were six feet apart, the backyard faced east, One of the two electronic games was broken our entire stay. Enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful time at property. Kids definitely enjoyed the rooms. Plenty of space for everybody. Communication was good with the owner. There was minimal damages to some things, but did not get in our way. Would stay again. Wish the pool could have gotten warmer during the stay.
