Front desk HORRIBLE!!!!! The Room it’s super small and bathroom dirty and I I guess there were repairing something before we got there and they forgot their tools at the room, also small I guess there were repairing the bathroom before we got there and they forgot their tools!!!! I don’t recommend this HOTEL AT ALL

We are Disney vacation club members and when we come for a quick trip, we always stay at the Wyndham. The hotel is amazing. Very close to Disney Springs. The staff is very friendly and it’s a beautiful hotel.

My stay was booked from Saturday 10/5-10/9 due to Hurricane Milton I asked to extend through the hurricane and the manager said because I booked through 3rd party (Expedia) that was not possible . They front end staff was rude and unaccomodating during a very stressful time.Even Disney closed down and offered to take in people for special rates.

Our stay was pretty good. I wished that early check in was available, as we had an early morning flight. There are no microwaves in the room, but there was one downstairs where they sell coffee and snacks. I wish the tv had better channels. The dining options were great and I liked the pool and arcade.

I thought that this hotel would be amazing for my vacation but unfortunately, I was disappointed. From the outrageous resort fees to the constant linen stains to the nonfunctioning laundromat. As someone who is not from the area, I had to go out of my way to do laundry. I will not book a room here nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
