The rooms were very pleasant and pool and spa are were wonderful. Upon check in we requested a cart to transport our luggage and was told by the front desk we'd be helped and by the hop but we received none and had to carry all our heavy stuff from our car to the room when a cart is all we wanted to make it easy on our backs. They were useless in helping us. The shower temperature at any time a day was just warm, never hot which was underwhelming. Aside from that we found all else very nice and will definitely consider staying again.
