Home 2 Suites is an excellent option. It was walkable to downtown, Dr. Phillips Center and The Kia Center. It was also clean and comfortable. Check in was fast. I look forward to staying here again. Great staff😊

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk was helpful with requests and check in was seamless. The best service of the whole experience was the valet people. Kind, respectful, quick and friendly. Overall, highly recommended this location for anyone wanting to stay downtown!

It was quiet clean convenient and comfortable. All staff was friendly. The area is nice and there’s many places to dine at in walking distance. There is also a nice quiet and peaceful park with a big lake close to the hotel. Makes for a nice walk during sunset. There is also a Publix grocery store near the park as well. Next time I need a hotel in Orlando I’ll be returning to Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

I would stay here without hesitation and recommend this place to anyone. The property itself was super well maintained and the room was clean and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. The fried chicken biscuit with Nashville hot honey at breakfast is an option that I'd never seen offered on a complimentary buffet and it was pretty impressive. My son and I used the rooftop pool and were the only ones enjoying it at the time but it was stocked with towels and looked very sanitary. I was actually delighted during my entire stay here by how well done everything was; from the desk's service to the details. I have stayed at multiple "luxury", high end boutique hotels that don't compare to the overall experience we had here.

The staff was very helpful from the valets to the front desk staff. The location was great and walking distance to the Kia Center and so many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great too. The one hiccup that made it 4 out of 5 stars is the walls were pretty thin because we could hear traffic all night and then at 7am on a Saturday there was loud banging outside which I am not sure what that was- may not be the fault of the hotel. Other than that it was a great overall stay.

From the Valet parking and checking in, it was a fast and friendly service. Hotel is very clean. Tried the restaurant and service plus food was a pleasant experience. The location was great. Surely will stay here next travel.
