We loved our stay at the Swan. It’s a more relaxed and adult environment, and terrifically located near Epcot and the Boardwalk. What we didn’t like were the extra charges that we weren’t expecting, like daily parking and resort fee charges.

Good Awesome. Location Awesome. Housekeeping did not live up to past experience and left room for improvement. Rooms may need a new renovation soon. We had a crack bathroom mirror.

I had heard good things about the property and was excited to spend some time there. I was disappointed with the room. I stayed at a Hampton inn the day before and that room was much nicer than at the Swan. The shower was clogged and I had to shower in ankle deep water for 2 days before it was fixed. The staff was nice but nothing outstanding. The Parking is a mess and it is $32 a day for self parking. Transportation to the Parks was easy but other than that it was disappointing stay. You can find a place much nicer for a cheaper price in the area. I won’t waste my money on that place again.
