This is a great location for visiting Disney World, and the shuttle bus service is excellent. It's located close to Disney Springs

The hotel had amazing staff. Our room was spacious and very clean and loved having a balcony! Our flight got there in the morning, so we hung out by the pool and had lunch at the restaurant before we checked in. It was amazing! Great place for families.

The location is great for walking over to Disney Springs. Friendly staff, bar open late, pool open late, however they were short staffed at Valet so it set us back when leaving in the a.m. for Disney.

My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton buena vista palace. The staff were friendly and room and amenities were very clean. It’s really close to Disney springs and plenty to do in the area, would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here for the past 3 Christmases and have always loved it. Love the bar by the pool. And you can not only get drinks but food too. The water in the pool is so warm. And my favorite thing of all is the lazy river

The room was a little out dated but was clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to Disney springs that has so many choices of restaurants.

Nice place. Clean room. Good location. Not much instruction from staff about parking. Checked out turned in key at desk. Unaware that I needed it to leave the parking lot. Also the breakfast buffet was horrible don't waste your money. I never thought breakfast food could be so bad.
