"I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The staff were all very friendly, the lobby was clean, the food options were pretty good, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed our room as well it was also very clean and had a nice view, a very adequate space to say the least! Only thing was that the phone in the room wasnt working and on the 12th floor the hallway smelled a bit damp/moldy… but aside from that everything was great!"

"We originally went for a room without a view, however they surprised us with an upgrade to a room on the 11th floor with a view of the pool/lazy river and all of Disney Springs. I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money and booking a room with a view! It makes your entire trip feel unreal and it’s quite fun to see the Rainforest Cafe volcano erupt from the balcony. The view at night was definitely our favorite part! This hotel offers many options for dining, including convenient room service from 7am-11am and 4pm-11pm. Their breakfast buffet is a surcharge but it’s worth it. They have included an option to create your own omelet, where a chef will cook it in front of you, with PLENTY of options for toppings (including tofu)! The hotel has a pathway that leads you right to Disney Springs! It also offers shuttle buses to the Disney Theme Parks (however we did not utilize those on this trip). This hotel has really made our trip even more enjoyable!"
