"We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room and the interior design and decor were very well done considering the building was probably much older. The renovation was nice, but we did have to walk three flights of stairs as those older buildings did not have elevators. There are seven pools, so you choose the one closest to your building and it was very nice. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the check-in process was absolutely fantastic. We were able to check into our room at noon, which was an added bonus for sure. We would highly recommend to stay here"

"Hello, I am from Kissimmee and I wanted to do something nice with my kids. The hotel amenities are a 10/10, the breaksfast is included and thats also 10/10. I think its a pretty good option, affordable and VERY fun if you have kids. The mini golf closes at 7pm so watch out for that! but honestly I will be going again! loved it."

"We enjoyed our two stays at this property during this vacation. The room and pool were great. There were nice bathrooms at the pool with plenty of space to take your kiddos or to change. During our first trip, only one elevator was working which was fine, just took longer to get our wagon and strolled down to the pool. The second stay was on the first floor, which was not my preference but was still okay. However, the experience to receive our parking pass was horrible. We visited two times during our FL vacation. 3 nights, left to visit other parts of FL, and then 4 more nights. The first visit, receiving the parking pass was only a mild annoyance with my husband present. The second time, my son was asleep in the car so my husband stayed with him. When it was just me, I was HARASSED by Rey about attending the timeshare presentation. Asking why I hadn't attended during our first stay. I said "No." And "No thank you." and "Please STOP." more than a dozen times. I left so angry that it ruined our evening. So, unless I book under my husband's name so he can handle that part of the trip, I would not return. Both times we were dealing with Rey. Ridiculous."

"The Swan Resort is a large hotel with a boutique feel, and most of the perks of a Disney Deluxe Resort. Il Mulino is a fantastic italian restaurant for a romantic dinner, and Java is necessary for a quick coffee grab on those early mornings. If you upgrade to a room with a balcony, you can enjoy clear views of fireworks and the dock to monitor when to leave for easy travel to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios."

"The hotel overall was good. I will say it is sad how you get nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING! Parking a car costs $36 a day yet they offer NO SHUTTLE to and from the airport. My friend wanted to purchase a snack and when she got to the register she said forget it. I get it, the hotel is a business, however this hotel, and 'm sure many others, have reduced hospitality to mean rip off and take advantage of people on vacation. How about we get back to the basics and STOP the greed!"

"We really enjoyed this resort. It’s a beautiful property, very clean, the room had ample space and was comfortable. It’s also in a good location, near Epcot/Hollywood Studios, as well as Disney Springs. The only negative is that they charge a $50 resort fee and also a $40 parking fee (self parking, valet is hire). Both of those fees are daily so whatever price you’re paying for night, you have to add at least another $90 to it. Actual Disney resorts don’t charge resort or parking fees so it is something to keep in mind."
