"When I arrived at check in I was told that I had only reserved for 1 night. After showing my Expedia reservation that was paid in full I was told they will see what they could do as I (meaning me) made a mistake when booking the reservation. This was extremely upsetting as it was 8:00 PM and what was I supposed to do. Apparently, the Manager in the back had to become involved (never came out front) and they out of courtesy, gave me a room for my full stay. This never should have happened and they should not have treated me as though I did something wrong as it was on their end. The reservation clearly stated 4 4-night stay paid in full and I called the night before to check on the reservation and it was confirmed."
