"The hotel staff makes zero accommodations. Don’t ask for a late checkout, they won’t give you. If you ask, they will knock on your door before 10:20 to make sure you are out. The hotel offers day-use access and probably needs the room for other guests. We asked to stay close to my brother’s apartment and they completely ignored both our requests. I hope my brother chooses another place for our family vacation next year. This hotel is not worth my money."

"Staff was very helpful but the rooms are showing their age. One room we were in the ac unit was so loud another room bathroom light above shower wasn’t working and the kitchen area 3 lights were out and the bathroom the faucet was lose and about to fall over. The countertop in the bathroom also had a large chunk broken off."

"I have booked through Expedia several times and if I request a different room type or an upgrade they act as if they can't accommodate since I booked through Expedia and not directly through Disney."
