The resort and grounds were very nice. Lush landscaping, beautiful decor. Both pool areas are great! I really loved the deck of the water park and pool area, it’s a rubber type turf, it’s non slip but also nice on the feet.

I feel Expedia does not offer enough info (check in time) on the property until you’ve already booked buuut The Hyatt was extremely helpful in making my early arrival convenient and accommodating. Although I LOVED my stay and otherwise perfect I’d like to add this info just to help someone who might make the same mistake as me I focused on reading reviews and believing some.. for example : that The Hyatt hotel offers shuttles to and from the airport as well as to and from Disney which are in fact NOT TRUE. Overall the hotel was extremely great during my stay and the spa was divine!!
