The rate was reasonable, but the rooms are dated and would benefit from renovations. The AC unit was quite loud, there was no dehumidifier, and the window shades didn’t provide full privacy or blackout coverage. However, the property’s location is excellent — very convenient to Universal Parks, with a wonderful water park for children and several dining options within walking distance. Guests should be aware that sales representatives may approach them upon arrival.

Hotel was really clean, close to the beach, friendly staff. We had a slight problem with our keys, maintenance was able to fix it quickly.

Too busy. Got on one slide in 6 hrs. Queues for lunch were 200 deep. Lazy river was packed and not relaxing.
