The Rosen Inn was a very convenient hotel to stay at during my Universal trip since it offered shuttle services to the Universal theme parks and there was a lot to do in the area.

Hey the staff was amazing at the Rosen Inn closest to universal. The room was clean to a point… the bathtub was dirty and was not draining the best. However, we over looked that has a small inconvenience. Also the pillows were not the best but, we made it work.

Great stay, spacious and clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and a pool, brunch restaurant and 24/7 convenience store onsite but also other food, snack and drink options available for purchase. Also very close to Universal, Disney and many other attractions and activities as well as many stores, food places, restaurants and bars. Some beaches are also close if driving.

This hotel is a basic hotel which was perfect for what we needed. We hired a car so this location was perfect to get to universal and Disney. If you don't have a car then don't fret, a shuttle bus can be booked (first come first serve) or the local bus stops virtually outside the hotel to take you to city walk.

Staff was great and friendly. Building and rooms could use more cleaning. Visible dirt and prints on doors, dingy carpet, elevators. Good location. Rooms were quiet. No desk in the king room which I thought would be there. Makes it less convenient to work. Not a bad hotel but could use some tweaking.
