"The villa is located in the Windsor Hills community, which is about 15-18 minutes from the Disney parks. There's a Walmart about a mile away, which was very convenient. Windsor Hills is also located in close proximity to Hwy 192 and its numerous restaurants and the community has 24/7 security, which was reassuring.Regarding the villa itself, it was very clean and spacious and we had more than enough space. The house was tastefully decorated and it was very obvious the owners had taken very good care of their villa. My wife and our 3-year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely. We also appreciated the pool alarm, sliding glass door locks, and safety fencing around the pool. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, etc and all appliances as expected. My wife and I enjoyed the Foosball table and there was also a pool table. Janine, the owner, was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. One of the reasons that we chose this house was because there was no carpet anywhere in the house, only tile and hardwood, which in my experience makes for a cleaner rental property. If I had to list any potential negative it would be the mattresses were pretty soft and that might be a problem for someone with back issues. But overall, the villa was excellent, as was the communication with the owner, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Disney.The Bordens"

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. The beds were very comfortable, which was a big plus for us. The townhouse is in a great location—close to everything we needed and anything we might have needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Kids loved the pool. Near proximity to Disney was a real plus.Negative point was the need to keep the door outside to the pool always shut to stop the alarm going off even when we were going back and forward with food trying to eat outside."

"Check in was a breeze as always. Simple directions to actual building location. Pool is amazing, hot tub just as amazing. Astaff is very inviting and cordial with all guests. Even owners of condos on site are welcoming. Ive been visiting orlando yearly for the past 5 or 6 years and ive never stayed at any other reaort. Windsor hills has amazing apts, clean, spaciois, and themes are great. I wont stay anywhere else when i bring my family to orlando. Just need to accept pets and id come more "

"Overall a great stay. Other people are loud at night in upstairs condos but that’s to be expected. The pool area was great. The store on property was very helpful and well priced. They also have good pizza. My only complaint would be no storage in kids room. We had 4 kids with no place to put clothes. "
