"Our room was very large. Three bed and three full baths easily fit our family of five. We were in building 2 which was a 10 minute walk from the pools, but outside of that everything was excellent with our stay."

"We checked in super late and the room we had 205 was absolutely filthy. My daughter found a small kids fingernail in her bed. The tubs were a dark yellow with black stains around it. The rooms had a mildew musty smell. Because we arrived so late we just slept vs getting a new rooms. We did switch rooms on the second day thanks for manager Maria- the staff helped us move. I ordered my own cleaning supplies from Walmart and cleaned the second room myself- the second room was much better however it still had a moldy smell to it. The carpet needs to be shampooed badly. We ate breakfast in building 601 for $68.00 adult and 2 kids and it should’ve been FREE. The food was luke warm, and it all tastes prepackage. Nothing was fresh even tye mixed fruit tasted like it was as frozen. For $68 I expected a much better quality! The kids splash pad is FULL of RUST. "

"Dirty, smelled bad and outdated. We have stayed there three times. The first two were ok, the rooms are older but it’s affordable and we like the location. This time, there was mold and it smelled terrible. The lobby was musty but our room had a strong mold odor. We didn’t make a fuss because we were only sleeping there. My husband and I both left with sore throats and congestion. The shower and toilet were dirty and the fixtures were tarnished and rusty. It’s about 20 minutes from the parks but we like the area. This will be our last stay though. The good stuff about it does not outweigh the bad."

"Our room looked beautiful to the eyes. It did have a mildewy and cigarette smell. The rugs looked filthy my socks got dirty immediately when I took off my shoes. The sofa bed where my son slept had an older mattress. His back was uncomfortable. The furniture and decor definitely needs updating. The wardrobe dresser had a dirty sock or dirty laundry smell. The bathroom door was a little off the hinge and made noise. However, the staff was friendly and polite."

"The room was definitely clean and most of the staff were very kind. Breakfast was missing bacon and sausage looked a little underdone. Didn't know about any bar. The pool situation quite upset me. The whole reason we came to this property was for the splash water park and they told us that it's only open from 12-5?!?!? What kind of hours is that?!? It gave us absolutely no time to use the hotel for why we booked it! I am very upset about this. "

"The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect."

"Check-In took over an hour. Only had one person work in the counter. The room keys I was given did not work. Had to wait another hour to get keys to my room. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your time is important"
