"Linda was a fantastic host communication was excellent! The living accommodations were exceptionally clean, well maintained and well appointed. We really enjoyed the resort amenities especially the pools water slide and lazy river, the kids age 3-16 and all of the adults enjoyed them."

"Enjoyed our 1 night in this cute room. Will need to stay longer next time to enjoy all the resort benefits. We did have a little confusion checking in, and were charged a resort fee, which we didn't know about. The price was so good, we would have booked even knowing about the fee, but it works have been nice knowing ahead. Angel was great on communications. Coffee in the room was a great bonus."

"The townhouse fit my family for weekend! 1 bedroom on the first floor and the other 3 rooms upstairs. Juan was super quick to reply if I had a question about anything. It was great for our Mothers Day weekend. With it being so hot in Florida sometimes, it was a little too far to walk to the pool so we did have to drive everyone to the pool. The pool(s) were all close to each other and the lazy river was a hit for everyone. The kids kept busy on the water slide and lazy river. Ages ranged from 4-9 for the kids. Can not bring your own drinks to the pool though. They have a bar and grill at the pool. Prices are not bad and the bartenders were great. Overall it was a great weekend getaway!"

Just Beachy at Regal Palms - 4 BDR Resort Condo!

"Bad news: My family is very health conscious. There were just a couple things that troubled us. 1) The countertops in the kitchen were painted black. It doesn’t seem like that big of a deal until you go to wipe the counters down with a cloth and it turns the cloth a little black. I then considered how toxic is paint if you’re going to prepare your food in the kitchen on those counters. Paint is toxic, no question.2) The pots had what appeared to be a non/stick coding on them. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to use something with a toxic coating on it for a week or so while on vacation, until I used it. During the use of boiling noodles and potatoes, I noticed black flecks on our food prior to seasoning. It was certainly the toxic non stick coating from the pots.Good news:1) It was in the back of the neighborhood and very private to sit out or lay out in the back yard.2) The beds were satisfactory and left us having quality sleep."
