"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was easy to work with. Air conditioning worked well, no odors. Parking was easy."

"The place was always being cleaned, the response from guest services was prompt- I asked for clean towels daily and needed a broom each time they were pleasant and prompt , however my stay was 6 days and they didn’t do a refresh of room- one day they said my dnd button was on which wouldn’t of been purposely- but I called 3x to be sure I would get it the next day and I did not . The only other complaint was the front desk clerk I first had interaction with but besides that it was such a great stay . I would stay there again and recommend it to others. The breakfast options were great and quality of food was good . The restaurant in the hotel was great as well"

"Cold A/C and standard hot breakfast each morning with eggs, pastries, potatoes and a meat. There was no laundry services on site. "

"The check in / out was in a building 1/2 mile away. I don’t think our rooms A/C was working because it was set at 70 degrees but I woke up hot and the room was 77 degrees. Luckily the night was cool and I was able to open the door for fresh cool air. I only stayed one night."

"Great place to stay for families wanting to visit all the Disney parks. The hotel was clean and modern, with a heated pool, arcade room and even its own Pizza Hut. The shuttle buses to the parks worked really well, and the breakfasts were fine for filling up before heading out. The dinners lacked a bit of variety but the free evening drinks were a nice perk. Overall I’d say this hotel is great value compared to other affiliated Disney resorts - the early access (30 mins) into the parks really made getting on the big rides much easier."
