Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently renovated (June 2017), with all new flooring, furniture, and amenities. The living room features a 47” LCD TV with a DVD player, new glass coffee and end tables, loveseat, and pullout queen sized sofa bed. The master bedroom has all new furniture including a new KING sized pillow top mattress, and a LCD TV with a DVD Player. The second bedroom sleeps two with twin sized beds and LCD TV with a DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and new plates and utensils. And as an added bonus, this unit features in suite laundry, free Wifi, cable, and FREE local and long distance calling to the US and Canada!
The Windsor Palms Resort's distinctive 7,500 sq. foot clubhouse features a huge community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards.

Perfect Family Stay for Disney Area

Second time staying at this property and we love it! Space is comfortable and spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Short drive from Disney parks. Property is kept clean and inviting.

Perfect in Every Way

This property was excellent. Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It fit our family of 4 well and my chihuahua was welcomed by everyone also. It was safe and quiet. Close to everything we needed and the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, gameroom, shop, and bar. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Orlando Stay

Our stay was very comfortable with LOTs of places to go that were close to the townhouse. One place I would really like to recommend is the Medieval Times place about 7 miles from our townhouse. It was the hit of our stay. If you love horses, you can't get any better than the show there. Another nice place about where we stayed was the location of the water park just a block away. It had a pool, slides, lazy river, bar and best of all it was free. Great place to relax after a day of running around.

Nice, clean house

Overall had a good experience. The house is clean, and exactly like the pictues shown! Had no issues communicating with Mark. The one only “negative thing” is the smoke alarm went off at like 3-4 in the morning so that scared us however it only beeped 3 times and then never went off again so who knows what that was about. But other than that will stay here again and recommend to other people :)

Nice rental!

The property location and amenities were great. Close to Disney, local attractions and food/shopping. The check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The layout of the rental was perfect for our family. Our host was responsive and checked in several times. My only recommendations would be basic needs such as bath mats, more toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Rental showed rugs in photo which would have given a more homey touch. Could use some basic upgrades to counters, flooring, furniture. Overall, a great experience.

Kissimmee area

The place I had first requested and paid for was switched around 10 days before arrival. I understand things come up but the place I wanted I’m sure would have suited our needs much better. The place we were switched to is more family oriented, so if you have children and going to Disney, the location in Fantasy World Resort is OK.

Decent

Overall not a bad stay for the price and to be close to the park. I had to send multiple messages when trying to contact the property manager, but when he did respond he was very accommodating. He allowed me to drop off belongings prior to check in time, which was greatly appreciated, but the housekeeper wasn’t made aware and was startled by my early arrival. I’m not sure why there’s a no shoe rule as the laminate flooring is coming up in multiple places and there’s no rug in the living room. The apartment was clean and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. I felt it was a good price and what we needed. I only wish the listing mentioned it was a second story walk-up as it was a lot for my husband to carry all our bags up the stairs and I’m a disabled veteran. It would’ve been helpful to know there’s no elevator and you have to take the stairs.

Did what it needed to do

Displaced from the hurricane, needed a place to travel back down to. Property has an odd odor when walking in, mold? I’m not sure. Beds are not comfortable at all, spring king mattress from the 90s. Slept on the small twin instead, which is blocking a closet in the second bedroom btw. Property listed having detergent for laundry, bags for trash and extra toilet paper. None of that was provided, one half roll in each bathroom and no detergent. Had to go to Walmart and get travel laundry soap and extra toilet paper. Only one bag for trash, and trash valet is the only way to dispose of any garbage-couldn’t find a dumpster/receptical. Left a day early because our power came back on, and had to find a trash can off property or we would’ve been charged $50+ if left behind. It did what it needed to do for us in an emergency, but the off putting smell really eased our decision to leave early. I will say in the property’s defense, I do have a “super sniffer” And am VERY sensitive to smells. It’s close to all the theme parks but tucked away that it is a quiet location in what looks like a residential area. Wouldn’t call it a resort, it resembles a gated apartment complex. Again, did what we needed: somewhere to sleep. Shower pressure was fantastic-props to that!

Room Doesn't Look the Same

Overall, our trip was great. The room was not as nice as the pictures. No carpet in the living room and the decor is just a little oddly put together. Comparing the pictures provided to the reality of the room ... the comforters aren't the same - the bathrooms aren't nice (stuff is starting to corrode and not warm). There were no rugs in the bathroom so stepping out of the shower/tubs was tricky (we actually bought a rug while we were there for that). The towels were small so we bought some for our stay, too. The rule to not wear shoes is silly without any carpet in the condo - and the wood floor is worn down in many places. We had ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms ... just gave an overall dirty feeling even though we know that pests like that are just a reality sometimes. The kitchen had 4 strainers but not a toaster or all parts to a blender - just some strange combinations. No wine glasses or nice plates/glasses. Listen - we had a nice trip and enjoyed the pool and morning walks - but the vibe of this unit was just not overly nice or to the standard we have often experienced ... but it was adequate. Our owner/host was responsive and easy to work with and the grounds and amenities were great.

Great Stay at a Beautiful Property!We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and clean condo. There was a small issue with the bedding when we checked in, but the property manager responded right away and had everything fixed within 30 minutes — super impressed with how fast they handled it! The clubhouse and pool were beautiful and a great way to relax during our break from the Universal parks. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great Place

We really enjoyed staying here it was easy close to the ESPN center where we were attending an event. It’s also close to the parks and getting to good restaurants and Walmart is close by.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and accurate to the listing. We stayed with 4 people and our dogs, it was like living in a 2 bedroom condo for a few days. The dog path out back was perfect and community has a gate and a guard on duty 24/7. In essence, this is a great property and you should stay here.
