"The room was in a nice quiet part of the hotel and although we didn’t use all of the facilities those on offer were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked with the usual tea and coffee and towels and shampoo and shower gel. "

"We had a great stay at the BW Ipswich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and airy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Car park conveniently in front of reception. PodPoint EV charger on site. Only a few other guests staying which might be because it's being renovated but we suffered no inconvenience from that at all. Some of the common areas are looking a bit tired and will welcome the forthcoming renovation but our room was freshly decorated and above average size with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Restaurant and gym are not yet re-opened but SkyTV in the bar area was a bonus. A really good VFM weekend stay."

"Fantastic stay which exceeded expectation. A beautiful hotel with lots of character. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi were outstanding. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great selection of food which was all top notch. Ample parking. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. "
