I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. Pls don’t change!

A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. We stayed over as we came to see Ed Sheeran at the football stadium. Upon check in, staff were amazing and welcoming. They had gift bags for people attending the concert as well as useful information on how to get there. Couldn’t fault them at all.

Fantastic stay! Will definitely be back! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accomodating. The room was spacious and very quiet. I didn't even hear my neighbours, which is very unusual in a hotel. I couldn't believe it when I opened my eyes in the morning and it was gone 8am!
