I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. Pls don’t change!
Clean room. Breakfast was good. Cooked and continental. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Area was a bit tired but that didn’t affect having an early morning swim. All of the staff were really cheerful and friendly.
The room was spotless staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thank you will go to Marta at breakfast she was so helpful and polite and friendly thank you Marta 10/10
Only stayed one night but everything was great. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable, unfortunately had to leave before breakfast but ordered a pizza the night before which was delicious. Great hotel.
Could do with a bit of a paint but generally very clean . Breakfast very good . Staff brilliant and helpful. Used this hotel several times in the past and would definately use it again. Pity they couldnt stop the rain during our visit 😁
Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very nice. A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. A very friendly group of people working here from manager, to reception and bar. Thank you.
We stayed over as we came to see Ed Sheeran at the football stadium. Upon check in, staff were amazing and welcoming. They had gift bags for people attending the concert as well as useful information on how to get there. Couldn’t fault them at all.
Helpful, friendly staff, spotless room with just a couple of signs of wear and tear. Beds were fine, tea/coffee facilities ok, breakfast choice and quality superb.
In a busy location but totally quiet inside.

Brilliant staff and good quality breakfast. Hotel is quite run down with obvious signs of neglect
Fantastic stay! Will definitely be back! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accomodating. The room was spacious and very quiet. I didn't even hear my neighbours, which is very unusual in a hotel. I couldn't believe it when I opened my eyes in the morning and it was gone 8am!
Had a pleasant stay here. Room was nice and amenities were good. Nice comfy sleep. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff polite and efficient. Would recommend.
