The hotel staff were helpful in meeting us at the apartment with complimentary supplies for newcomers. We communicated with hotel hotline about a problem with the washer and they checked and offered remedies to satisfy our needs. The rooms are cleaned and everything is ready for moving in."

"This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb. We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "
