The hotel was not far from Kingscross which was a plus.It was a nice hotel with good decor,the man on receiption was very friendly and if I had a complaint he delt with it striaght away.The only down side was the cleaner did not put enough milk and teabags out and left dirty cups in the room.

Stayed here the week when there were a spike of Omicron and it was disappointing how careless the staff were. Front Desk: Morning female staff would wear masks. All men front desk staff didn’t. Including the “deputy manager”. Housekeeping: None of the staff would wear masks. They all have them on their chin. Didn’t feel safe having them cone in and clean the room during my stay. Guests: Majority of guests wouldn’t wear masks in the lobby, elevators etc. Covid measures aside, rooms are decent and location is good.
