"We arrived to this charming neighborhood a bit early before our check-in time. The host allowed us to drop our bags until cleaning was complete. It gave us a couple of hours to wander around and explore the neighborhood. There are lots of charming restaurants, shops and a park all within walking distance. "Really enjoyed our stay, my only drawback was I couldn't get the shower to work in 212. It was a dribble that then became nothing. Forgot to mention at check out 🙈. Staff were all friendly and helpful in a non-imposing way. Impressive decor, cleanliness and shagpile for a hotel."

"This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb. We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "

"Clink78 is currently not operating as a hostel, it’s an office building. I showed up at night after my flight just to find out that there’s no hostel there. They moved me to Clink261, but it was dirty and not what I originally signed up for. You need to pay for towels that you don’t even get to keep."

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
