"Despite the rain we had a fantastic time in this excellent property. Well equipped and maintained professionally. My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower which she could easily use with a shower seat as she was able to walk right up with the walker. Superbly equipped and near to some of the most surrounding walks and tells such as Skiddaw and (right above) Blenchathra. Parking right outside the lodge too (if your car isn't too big!), which is really handy for unpacking. Check in/out is easy. Easy to find too. Will definitely be returning! Great for couples or people on their own."
