"Janet left us delicious honey and eggs from Eamon’s and her farm, much appreciated, and a good supply of peat for the 2 fireplaces (which we didn’t need). The “cottage” is a 3 bedroom house, and was very clean and well supplied. Enjoyed some breakfasts on the sunny mornings outside. We enjoyed fishing and walking at Fermoyle Beach, and walks in to Loch Duin, Brandon Point and Glanteenassig Forest. Ireland is lush, and spectacularly beautiful. I hope to return."

"Our stay at Loch Cruite Cottage was perfect in many ways. The cottage is cozy, quaint and charming and the views are spectacular. Each morning, we loved opening the front door of the cottage and basking in the beauty of the area, while saying good morning to the sheep. "My family of four really enjoyed the house. The location to the park and town center were very convenient. Easy walking distance to both. The traditional home had a nostalgic feel while having all the modern amenities of a newer home. (Including very nicely updated bathrooms)The back yard and gardens were amazing. We made fires in the cosy little mini cottage. Nice way to end the evening. If you have a family or group, I highy recommend this place vs a hotel."

"We had a lovely week at Kizzie cottage. The cottage is comfortable, traditional and well equipped. The local town is really nice and the people very friendly. We walked into town a number of times and enjoyed going for runs in the local area as well. The surrounding area is very beautiful, we visited Kilarney national park and walked the Gap of Dunloe. "We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time!
