Property was close to many restaurants/pubs. The apartment we were given (a one and a nine) was spacious for 3 people. 2 bedrooms. The bedroom with the double bed had a bathroom attached, however, the shower was extremely small and I am a small woman. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was a good size and had a great view. The bathroom was right next door and had a tub and was a nice big size. Neither room had a tv, which we really wanted. Did not use the living room because the couch was too small and uncomfortable along with the two chairs. It did have a tv but we wanted to lay down and watch tv. The kitchen was spacious but the kitchen table too small. There was a washer/dryer but when we asked about it, we were discouraged from using it. Our main complaint was about the wifi since we are traveling from abroad. It did not work and when I told the front desk, they were unapologetic and uncaring.

Location excellent but property basic & ill-thought out for price. Small & uncomfortable sofa; small shower yet large bathroom; couldn’t open wardrobe doors unless bedroom door closed; no where to hang coats; needs more attention to detail… Definitely not somewhere you could relax after a day sightseeing. Reported lamp not working but nothing done about it. Only 3 hours allocated for check in! Overall very disappointed in the apartment.

Only gave this a 4 star overall because of the musty smell of our unit - we got some odor things and put around which helped. Great location - end of town so not a lot of noise but easily walkable to everything. This is an apartment so no hotel amenities which is what we wanted. Staff was there for checkin and because we were early they kept our luggage for us so that we could walk around town until it was ready.

The property is in a great spot, plenty of room and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Killarney. The communicated the check in time frame, so we didn't miss the check in time. Aga at the front desk was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the dryer. We will stay there again.

Great location, and the best-equipped kitchen we’ve had in our travels (this is the fifth hotel room we’ve had with a kitchen this year). The dryer function didn’t work and the microwave table didn’t turn, but everything else was in good shape. And it was less than ten minutes’ walk from the national park.

Clean and spacious property just off the main street - very quiet as a result. Largest issue was the lack of hot water - which was insufficient for a family of four in our unit. The hot water returned the next morning. Made for an unpleasant stay.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful from the outset, escorting me to ensure where I was parked was ok. They dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently.
