"The service was excellent and the staff was outstanding in every possible way. Breakfast was average; I had better at 4* hotels. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms really need to be remodeled and the towels were horrible. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Osaka Castle but I really expected better quality from the New Otani Hotel. "

"Pro: very close to JR Fukushima, quiet, secured, near Lawson and Big Bean for food and daily goods, shared bathroom but very clean, friendly staff Cons: uncomfortable bed, the breakfast (toast & coffee) available at 08.30 hrs. but I left the guesthouse around 07.30 hrs. for sightseeing so I missed it all."
