"Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food. "

"Hotel was located at a very convenient location. Lots of facilities and amenities were available, including breakfast. Great value for money. Was very clean, and most guests I saw appeared to be non foreigners. Unfortunately the lockers were too thin to fit my suitcase so I had to leave it outside near reception alongside many other oversized suitcases from other travellers. Big let down is I sent a message to the property here on Expedia prior to my stay but no one ever responded to the...

"Thanks for the hotel gave me a room with the fantastic view of Niko castle. However, there was a sort of noise we could not find where it came from. The hotel kindly offered another room. Reception desk and catering services are also kind and helpful. Breakfast is superb. The facilities of gust rooms which I experienced are old, but the bed is comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. "
