"We really enjoyed this propert, we had a slight hiccup with the TV’s and it was handled immediately. The Owner was super responsive. The property was excellent and the oil and hot tub were close and excellent. Very clean property and area. Very close to Walmart ( basically a neighbour. Close to restaurants and short drive to attractions. Only suggestion would be upgrading pillows. I read many reviews before going and found the condo was much better appointed than a couple of reviews stated....

"We booked this stay with the idea in mind that we would be 4 adults and one child. But plans changed and only ended up being 2 adults and 1 child. The house is huge, very spacious. If you’re looking for a great place to relax after a busy day at the Disney parks this is the place for you. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. "There wasn't much not to like. Playground and pool onsite. Easy parking and easy to get in and out of. Safe neighborhood, right across from a school. If I had to be picky, I could say it was a little further away from the parks due to traffic and lights but I have been to Kissimmee and Orlando many times and am very patient and plan for traffic. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean."

"Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. "The property was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Shuttle to and from the Disney and Universal is convenient. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with children or an adult getaway. "

"Overall great service. The architecture is a bit run down & outdated, but they make out for it it in service & things to do around the hotel. All around a good community like hotel. Very close to Disney parks too. I recommend if you want a decent spot to stay on a tight budget close to Disney park. "
