"First time had the whole family together in over 2 years. Grandpa, grandma, the parents and grandkids. We were alarger group. But everything went well. The checkin and communication with owners. The wetup, rooms and accommodations were spot on. Grill, pool and all of the clubhouse amenities with kayaks and lazy river etc etc etc I would highly recommend!"

"Rented this home for an annual golf trip with friends. Loved the number of bedrooms and baths, two refrigerators, two dishwashers - great accommodations for a large group (we had 9 guys). The management company was superb. Had a few issues that needed attention; their response was quick and took care of things. Kyle was great to work with! Hope we can rent this home again."

"We got to Orlando early, and Tim was very accomodating. There was even a slight issue with the security letting us in due to the early arrival, and Tim hopped on the phone when them super fast and it was resolved within minutes. Would love to stay here again."

"We stayed the last two weeks of March 2024. We were a group of 8, ranging from 2 years to 71 years. The house was exactly as described - everyone loved it. The kids loved the games tables and the swimming pool and the adults loved the spa and the space everyone had. The resort is lovely and the location is perfect. We were there during Easter and Spring Break but never had any issues with the traffic and found getting to the Disney parks was really straightforward. Excellent communication with...

"We stayed here for a long weekend for a cheerleading competition at Disney. It was one of the closest locations in a very nice, safe neighborhood without staying on actual Disney property. There is plenty of shopping, grocery store, and restaurant options very close to the house. Would definitely stay again!"

"What a great home to enjoy! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. We did most of our eating at home and this kitchen was perfect! We were disappointed with their inflexibility in checkout. Due to our flight schedule it would have been very nice to have a late check out and they would not allow that. Also the pool was smaller than it looked in pictures. Good for little kids but not so much for older ones"

"We loved this property. It was a perfect price point for our week long visit. It had everything we needed and more. We made many new family memories here. We had no issues connecting with a live person when we were in need of something or had a question. We loved it! Yahtzee is now a new family favorite and we will remeber playing it together for years to come!!"

Very close to Disney parks too. I recommend if you want a decent spot to stay on a tight budget close to Disney park. "
