"We loved our stay at Pingchan Hotel. We were a family of four staying in a beach front villa, after a week in a big hotel on Koh Samui. We wanted to get away from the big tourism of Samui and Pingchan and Thong Nai Pan Beach really delivered! Such an amazing setting, quiet, beach shack bars, beautiful clear water and fine sand and it certainly felt a little off the beaten track. "The hotel was great! Easy check in, and they arranged a transfer to and from the ferry for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and responsive on WhatsApp. I had one meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The view from the pool is quite beautiful. The area is not particularly walkable as there are no shoulders on the roads, so rent a motor bike (arranged at the property), take taxis (pricy), or get ready to hike some hills in the heat (this is what I did)!"

"Your never know what your going to get when you arrive at your accommodations but this place is a gem! Our room was beautiful, great water pressure very good, great location amazing views, taxi, scooter rental on the property, 2 pools! We really enjoyed the restaurant and the staff were amazing! Amazing spot! "

"Palita lodge is a lovely place to stay on Koh Phangan. We intentionally went on a waxing moon to avoid the craziness of full moon parties and it was quite peaceful. Few steps from the lodge restaurant and you are on the beach.The staff work very hard and are friendly and helpful. We would stay at Palita again if we find our way back to Koh Phangan."

Much better than spending a similar amount to be in a shared room at some hostel. Easy motorbike rental bery close by. I will stay here again if I visit this island again. "
