"We stayed at the MO for 2 nights as part of a tour of Malaysia. We had an easy checkin and room was city facing with great Petronas Towers and fountains views. The room was large, comfortable, good amenities and quiet. Overall great! Bathroom doors not the best (2 barely closing slat doors), 1 door for privacy preferred.. "everything is lousy. tissue not refilled on most days. even if it is, it's only 8 pieces. air con is leaking. tv is not working. sofa is dirty. toilet has flies everywhere. lobby is hot n stuffy, no friendly staff at reception."
