"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Felt like champagne service for lemonade price. The location for a none driver was beyond compare,on floor 2 there was direct access to an entire wonderful shopping centre with everything you could ever desire and turn left at shopping centre and you at kuala lumpur's sentral station with quick access to all major sights and very excellent link to the airport and theres even the coach station underneath with its own connection to the hotel. "The breakfast service staff (roti prata man) shld be fired - poor service staff, seems unhappy to serve & utterly rude. 1 man can bring down standard for all the others who were pleasantly helpful. The construction piling (understand it is short term) made it the room closes to it untenable. "

"All went perfectly, except the access to internet (wifi). it was unstable (from phone) and I couldnt connect using my laptop (you gotta login using a web interface, that somehow allowed to connect but not have internet access)"

"Great property, beautiful rooftop bar, pool not so great but has some good views. Service was absolutely amazing, staff amazing. And the hotels location is absolutely fantastic! Located in Chinatown, it’s close to KLCC, and in Chinatown you can find amazing street food, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to get a good feel of KL, I would recommend starting here. "

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks. "

"The hotel was very comfortable, with large room, large bed and great bathroom. The breakfast was very good too. There was a pool with a bar which did great value food all afternoon. It was handy for many restaurants and easy walking to two monorail stations and only 25 minutes walk to Petronas twin towers and KLCC park."
